Al-Akaishiya seasonal slaughterhouse is considered one of the largest and most important slaughterhouses in the Holy Capital, Makkah Al-Mukarramah with a total area of more than 200,000 square meters. It consists of 6 slaughter halls each hall has 12 sheep slaughter points with a capacity of over 100,000 sheep per Day and 12 waiting sheds . It also includes more than 40 equipped sheds for sheep, in addition to all accompanying services such as refrigerators and equipped and comfortable waiting rooms for pilgrims it also contains all the accompanying logistical facilities and services such as cafeterias, restaurants, mosque, toilets, and workers accommodation.
